The public is invited to the Life Changing Word Revival with evangelist T. Ron Weegar, at 5100 Osborne Ave., in Baton Rouge.
The revival begins Saturday with services at 7 p.m. each evening, except on Mondays and Thursdays when no meetings will be held.

5th Sunday Fellowship & Fun Day at Freeman Baptist Church
Freeman Baptist Church, 4628 La. 955 West in Ethel, will host its 5th Sunday Fellowship & Fun beginning at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 31.
The day will feature a special message from the Rev. Ray Campbell of Ideal Family Church in Dallas.
All are encouraged to wear their favorite church shirt and come ready for a joyful day of inspiration, praise, games, face painting, a water slide, a bounce house and more fun for all ages.
