A deputy assistant attorney general for the Federal Reserve Department of Prosecution and Drug Trafficking (“Department of Justice”) calmly told Congress that warrants “cripple” prosecutors and law enforcement officials. In other words, someone that supposedly furthers the cause of “justice” is saying that due process is getting in the way of good old “American” work.

Jason Weinstein told this to a panel at the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee holding a conference and used legalese to further add more shit to the stuff that’s already piled high:

“There really is no fairness and no justice when the law applies differently to different people depending on which courthouse you’re sitting in,” he said. ”For that reason alone, we think Congress should clarify the legal standard”.

In other words, since people actually get protected sometimes and not in others, it’s better to give no protection to everyone and the Federal Reserve Congress can define what that means, not the constitution. Also, judges can be annoying, except when they decide elections and make corporations people.

There were other people that spoke against this of course but what’s more concerning is the level these folk will resort to just continue this ridiculous and blatant assault on our founding principles.

One thing is clear, a lot of the federal government is not on our side, it doesn’t want to enforce the constitution, care about it or consider it. This government merely wants to serve an agenda that’s not ours and is against the people.

However, another thing that’s clear is that due to all this “fear porn” that’s been going on (I hear “regular Joes” discussing conspiracy theory now) is also indicative of the end for these clowns – the American people won’t obey this garbage, even if it’s the president with a megaphone yelling at us personally to violate the constitution and general human decency.
